ThinkSystem 2U 12x3.5" Backplane Option Kit

This document is applicable to the following option kits.

  • ThinkSystem 2U 12x3.5" SAS/SATA Backplane Option Kit

  • ThinkSystem 2U 12x3.5" AnyBay Backplane Option Kit

  • ThinkSystem SR665 V3 12x3.5" AnyBay Backplane Option Kit

The option package contains the following items.

ThinkSystem 2U 12x3.5 Backplane option kit

  • 1 One 3.5" 12-bay backplane, SAS/SATA or AnyBay

  • 2 Twelve 1-bay 3.5" drive fillers

  • 3 Drive type labels

    • For ThinkSystem 2U 12x3.5" SAS/SATA Backplane Option Kit and ThinkSystem 2U 12x3.5" AnyBay Backplane Option Kit:

      • SATA + SAS/SATA drive type label
      • SATA/NVMe + AnyBay drive type label

    • For ThinkSystem SR665 V3 12x3.5" AnyBay Backplane Option Kit

      • SAS/SATA + AnyBay drive type label
      • SAS/SATA + NVME drive type label
      • SATA + NVME drive type label
