Flex System CN4058 8-Port 10Gb Converged Network Adapter

The CN4058 8-Port 10Gb Converged Network Adapter (CNA) is designed for use in IBM Power Systems compute nodes.

This adapter has eight physical ports and supports the Network Interface Card (NIC) and Fibre Channel over Ethernet (FCoE) interfaces. The type of switch that is installed in the Flex System Enterprise Chassis will determine the number of physical ports that are supported on the adapter. For example, the Lenovo Flex System Fabric EN4093 10Gb Scalable Switch has a maximum of 42 internal ports and can support a maximum of six of the eight ports on the CN4058 adapter.
